Made to order
- Your piece is printed or embroidered by trusted US print partners after you order, so nothing sits in a warehouse.
- Production: please allow 3–5 business days for your piece to be made before it ships.
- If you order more than one piece, they may be made at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.
Shipping
- Delivery time: 2–30 business days after your order ships, depending on where you are. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
- Tracking: Etsy emails you tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also find it under Purchases in your Etsy account.
- Shipping costs and destinations: your exact shipping cost, and whether we ship to your address, are always shown at Etsy checkout before you pay.
Returns & exchanges
Because every piece is made just for you, returns and exchanges follow the policy shown in our Etsy shop. Please check the size chart on each listing before ordering. Every listing has one for that exact piece.
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, message us on Etsy with a photo and we'll help.
Lost in transit? If tracking stalls or your order doesn't arrive, message us and we'll help sort it out.
Changes & cancellations
Message us on Etsy as soon as possible. Production starts quickly, so we can only change or cancel an order before it goes into production.
Caring for your piece
Most problems can be avoided with gentle care. Wash inside out in cold water, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Full care notes for each piece are in our FAQ.
