Where do I place an order?
All orders are placed in our Etsy shop. Etsy handles secure payment, receipts and tracking, and you can message us there anytime.
How long until my order arrives?
Every piece is made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for it to be made. Once it ships, delivery takes 2–30 business days, depending on where you are. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. See Shipping & Returns for more.
What does shipping cost?
Your exact shipping cost and delivery estimate are always shown at Etsy checkout before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on Etsy as soon as possible. Production starts quickly, so we can only change or cancel an order before it goes into production.
Returns & exchanges
Because every piece is made just for you, returns and exchanges follow the policy shown in our Etsy shop. If something arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, message us on Etsy and we'll make it right.
Sizing
How do sizes fit?
Every Etsy listing has a size chart for that exact piece. Our hoodies, crewnecks, tees and sets are unisex, and the Wonderfully Made Set is cut for women. Lay a favorite piece flat, measure it and compare it to the chart. For a roomier fit, size up.
What sizes do you offer?
Signature Hoodie and embroidered hoodies: S–3XL.
Embroidered crewnecks: S–5XL.
Tees (Tagline, Vertical, Fear Not, Grow in Grace): S–3XL.
Sets: each top and bottom has its own size choice on the listing.
Aprons: one size, with an adjustable neck strap and waist ties.
Signature Backpack: one size. Mug: 11 oz or 15 oz.
Plus sizes are priced slightly higher, as shown on each listing.
Materials & printing
What are your pieces made of?
Signature Hoodie and embroidered hoodies and crewnecks: 50% cotton / 50% polyester fleece.
Tees: 100% ring-spun US cotton, garment-dyed, in a relaxed fit.
Zip hoodie and Walk by Faith Set: American Apparel ReFlex fleece, 70/30 cotton / recycled polyester.
Be Still Set: Comfort Colors garment-dyed cotton crewneck and fleece sweatpants.
Aprons: 100% cotton twill, with a brass grommet, one large divided front pocket and herringbone waist ties.
Signature Backpack: 100% recycled polyester, with an internal laptop sleeve, a side pocket, a zipped front compartment and YKK zips.
Mug: white ceramic with a black handle and interior.
Garment-dyed pieces are pre-shrunk, and each one has its own slightly unique shade.
How are your designs made?
Embroidered pieces: the design is stitched in thread, not printed.
Signature Hoodie and tees: DTG (direct-to-garment). The ink is printed straight into the fabric.
Aprons and backpack: DTF (direct-to-film). The design is printed onto a film and heat-pressed onto the piece.
Sets: DTG or DTF, depending on the piece.
Mug: sublimation printed.
How do I care for my piece?
Printed hoodies, tees and sets: turn inside out, machine wash cold, and tumble dry low or hang dry. No bleach or dry cleaning, and don't iron directly on the print.
Embroidered pieces: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Don't iron or bleach over the embroidery.
Aprons: machine wash cold, inside out. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron the print. No bleach or dry cleaning.

What do the cross and the three dots in your logo mean?
The T in Christborne is drawn as the cross. The three dots in the O stand for the Holy Trinity: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
